There is a maximum amount of 30 MB of Email per account allowed on the Server. 30 MB is quite a bit of data and much more than most ISP’s allow. To ensure you do not exceed this amount, set your email program to delete mail from the server. You can set your email to delete from the server upon download – or – you can set mail to delete from the server after a set number of days. To configure Outlook Express to do this, for example, here are the instructions:

Tools > Accounts > Mail tab > Highlight the mail account > Properties > Advanced tab > at bottom of Advanced tab under ‘Delivery’ adjust settings to leave mail on the server for 7 days > click Apply, then OK > close out of everything

If the amount of your mail on the server reaches the 30 MB limit, any email messages sent to your account will bounce back to the sender with a message that the email is un-deliverable due to your email folder being full. If you implement the steps above to delete mail from the server, it’s extremely unlikely you’ll ever have a problem.
